What I’ve been working on: Still on the same story. Haven’t written much this week. The day job is wearing me out. 🙁
What’s running around in the back of my mind: To be frank, my mind is fairly mushy at the moment. It’s too bad that mush isn’t translating into mushy love scenes.
What I’ve accomplished: Um…the laundry is caught up. I’ve watched 4 hours of The Wind of War on Netflix. Read a Jill Mansell book yesterday.
What new goal I’m chasing: Finish the damn story.

If you really want to see a lazy slug, you’ll need to take a trip to Indiana! We grow ’em big up here! Speaking of which, what’s the new goal I’m chasing? Yup, to lose the 5 pounds that miraculously attached itself to my hips AGAIN this weekend! Geez, just because you eat cupcakes for a couple of days…What I saw was my boy towering over his ever-shrinking grandma and more cousins than I could count…What I accomplished was giving my mother a pretty awesome 90th birthday party…And what I’m working on is not crying when that damn plane takes off again for Utah. Love you, Mags! Whatever you write, whenever you write it, I’ll be here to read it!
